Road scalping’s (officially known as road plannings or tarmac plannings) are recycled aggregates material produced from milling.
Key Characteristics

- Weather-Resistant: The bitumen content helps the material bind together under traffic and weather, creating a hard-wearing surface.
- Environmental Impact: Reusing them diverts waste from landfills and reduces the need for quarried stone.
- Limitations: They are unsuitable for drainage trenches because of their high “fines” (small particle) content.
Common Uses
